When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number. Technician and customer accounts may include additional profile data such as service areas and assigned controllers.

Controller & Zone Data

We collect telemetry from connected irrigation controllers including zone run times, flow sensor data, weather conditions, soil moisture readings, and connectivity status. This data is used to operate the platform and generate analytics.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and maintain the NLI platform
• Provide real-time monitoring, alerts, and analytics
• Generate water usage reports and optimization recommendations
• Facilitate communication between technicians and customers
• Process service requests and schedule management
• Improve our products and develop new features
• Send transactional notifications (alerts, approvals, status updates)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Database access is protected by row-level security policies ensuring users can only access data they are authorized to view.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide platform functionality:

• Supabase — Authentication and database
• Vercel — Web application hosting
• AWS IoT Core — Controller connectivity via MQTT
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing (if applicable)

These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications
